Revive Active are delighted to host a unique evening of Health & Wellness with Pat Henry on the 19th of February in the G Hotel in Galway. The evening will begin at 6.30pm and will include light refreshments, the talk from Pat Henry, a Revive Active goodie bag and an opportunity for questions.
Pat Henry, who is the father of well-known TV personality Karl Henry, is a renowned wellness coach & motivational speaker in both Europe and the USA, where he has worked with leading companies and individuals. Pat has appeared regularly on television and his health and fitness instruction has reached an audience of over 6 million people in Ireland and England. He has participated in radio programmes and has written numerous articles on fitness and health for many leading magazines and newspapers.
He has had David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Gabriel Byrne, Helen Mirren, Matt Dillon, Dolores O’Riordan, Michael Flatley, Emily Watson, Keith Duffy, Def Leppard and many more through his centres in Ireland and Los Angeles.
On the night, Pat will cover topics such as wellbeing tips, exercises to tone your body, secrets of successful ageing and lots more.

All proceeds from the event will go to the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
