I am a young active farmer who has played hurling, football and soccer all my life. In 2013, my knees finally gave in and I had to have a knee replacement. Following this operation, my knees would always give trouble when out working on the farm, particularly when wearing my wellies.
I discovered joint complex and I was dubious at first, however, after taking these for 3 days, I could feel the difference in my knees. Now if i got without them for a couple of days, I can really feel the difference.
