Dublin’s health, wellness and rugby enthusiasts gathered on Tuesday, 25th February, at the Dean Hotel, for an exclusive panel discussion on all things health and nutrition with Zest Active brand ambassador and professional rugby player James Ryan. Joined on the panel, was sports nutritionist Daniel Davey, and sports presenter Marie Crowe. Discussing the everyday nutritional super supplement, Zest Active, its health benefits and more, guests were treated to an informative morning full of energy busting tips and Six Nations insights.

On arrival, attendees were welcomed by rugby player, James Ryan and founder of Revive Active, Daithi O’Connor, and were treated to a range of healthy delicious breakfast bites including, smoked salmon with cream cheese, granola pots, homemade granola bars and more, before sitting down to hear from James Ryan. Hosted by broadcaster and presenter, Marie Crowe, Daniel Davey, sports nutritionist to the Leinster rugby team, provided key insights into the nutritional requirements needed to play at a professional level.

Attendees on the morning included lifestyle and fitness influencers Niamh Cullen, Erica Bracken and Lawson Mpame, along with model and actress Urma Mali.
